Is it possible to modify an order?

If for any reason you need to edit an order, there is a limited time frame within which you can edit an order.

You can change it within 10 minutes after your purchase.

This includes changing the selected delivery type, delivery address, payment method or purchased items.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please keep in mind thatonce made, there is a limited time frame within which it is possible to cancel an order.

  • Standard: 30 minutes;

  • Delivery 1 day: 15 minutes;

2. Have you already canceled your order?

When you place an order on Malena Lingerie, the sum is simply reserved and the actual payment is withdrawn only when the order is forwarded to our warehouse. For this reason, if you cancel an order, the sum will not be withdrawn, but it may still take up to 5-10 working days (depending on the timing of your bank or card issuer) for the funds to be accessible again.

Standard delivery information

With the shipping methodStandard, based on your postal code, your purchases will be delivered within 2or 5 working daysfrom the moment the order is placed (weekends and holidays excluded) and will be sent with a traceable shipping service. You will be able to view the expected delivery date for your postal code on the checkout page.

We do our best to ensure that orders are delivered by the scheduled dates, but on rare occasions, there may be delays in delivery, particularly during some busy periods (including sales). Other factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions or the inability of our couriers to access the delivery address may also affect the punctuality of deliveries. We will do everything possible to keep you updated on the delivery and you should still be able to follow the path of your package.
