1) WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASES?

You can pay by card:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express, New America
  • Paypal
  • Mark

We do not accept cash or checks, nor phone orders. If there were problems creating an order send an email to info@malenalingerie.it

 

2) WHEN IS THE PURCHASE AMOUNT WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT?

Once the bank authorizes payment, you receive an email confirming the order, but the money is not withdrawn from your account until the items leave our warehouse to be shipped to the address you provided to us.
This means that if, for any reason, we are not able to ship any of the items in your order, it will not be accounted for in your account.

 

3) WHY CAN MY CREDIT CARD BE DECLINED?

The credit card can be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check the effective date to avoid this issue.
  • You may have reached your card's spending limit. Check with your bank that you haven't exceeded the limit of the amount allowed to make purchases.

    • Make sure you have entered all the card details correctly.

    If you can't complete your purchase after all these checks, contact your bank to resolve the issue.
